Our specialized Gentle Care & Wash Service prioritizes gentleness, protection, and comfort throughout the entire process. Designed with sensitive scalps and children in mind, this therapeutic cleansing experience ensures a completely tear-free, relaxing environment from start to finish.
- Suds up & Keep out – We begin by using a mild, soothing shampoo to suds up a rich, foamy lather softly through the hair. To guarantee peace of mind, we provide a soft shield or washcloth to keep out water and soap, stopping them from getting into the eyes or face.
- Wash out & Work through – We carefully tilt the head back to thoroughly wash out and rinse soap or bubbles away from the scalp and neck. Next, we work through the hair, carefully applying conditioner or a nourishing detangler from the roots to the tips.
- Detangle out – Using premium wide-tooth combs and flexible brushes, our stylists start from the ends to gently detangle out knots and tangles without any painful pulling or tugging.
- Pat down & Seal in – After rinsing, we softly pat down the curls with a plush microfiber towel to absorb excess water rather than rubbing it vigorously, successfully preventing frizz. Finally, we apply a small amount of premium coconut oil or butter to seal in moisture and lock in hydration within the hair strands.
